Travel Planning Payment

What our travel planning fee covers:

  • Destination research
  • Flight bookings
  • Hotel reservations
  • Excursions
  • Payment plans (if available)
  • Transportation arrangements
  • Assistance with obtaining travel insurance
  • Customer support
  • Personalized travel itineraries (up to 2 revisions)

There will be a time limit of 30 days for booking your travel arrangements with us. This means that once you have paid the travel fee, you have up to 30 days to put a deposit down on your flight bookings (if applicable), hotel reservations, and any other services included in the package. This fee is separate from the cost of your travel and is non-refundable. By remitting the travel planning fee you agree to our terms and conditions.
